Description

Dissected and mounted on cloth in a hardback, book-fold, black, leather cover with marbled endpapers.
Gilt title to spine and gilt border to front and back.
Index to a set that came in the same binding which I am selling individually

Scottish Second and Third edition One-Inch maps were published between around 1895 and 1905 and sheets in both editions covered the exact same area. Suspicion is that this index was printed for the Second Edition.

Covers with minor bumps/scuffs otherwise very good – map index inside has one small smudge (see photos) and a little light evidence of age/handling elsewhere otherwise very good
